Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

●       All tutoring sessions must be paid in advance or on a scheduled billing date (e.g., weekly or monthly).

●       Payment can be made by - bank transfer, debit/credit card, online invoice.

●       Receipts are issued upon request.

Late payments may result in paused sessions until the balance is cleared.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

●       Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.

●       Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions (no-shows): Full fee will be charged.

●       In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact us — we may waive charges at our discretion.

Refund Policy

●       Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

●       If we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

●       If you're unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of the session. We may offer a credit, partial refund, or other solution based on the circumstances.

●       Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
